My working relationship with Nancy goes back approximately 8 years. She helped our company with healthcare selections and enrollment when we first started offering employee benefits. She was an integral part of that process and helped make it at smooth as possible. When she informed me that she was forming Nancy Le Consulting, I knew right away that I wanted to be one of her clients. She has helped us navigate some of the trickier aspects of Human Resources, as well as be a resource for recruiting – whether it be additional training for our internal recruiter or helping us fill our recruiting pipeline during a heavy hiring period.
