NANCY LE
															Nancy Le, Owner and Principal of Nancy Le Consulting, has been assisting executives and businesses throughout her career no matter her role. Having expertise in both the non-profit and for-profit worlds Nancy has always been instrumental in helping businesses grow and expand. Mid-career, Nancy chose a trajectory in the field of Human Resources and had a twenty year career in the profession. Nancy previously held SHRM and HRCI certifications. She holds a Bachelor’s in English/Communications.
Nancy and her husband also started a business in 2015 and in 2023 Nancy started Nancy Le Consulting.
As a former employee, a Human Resources professional, and a business owner, Nancy understands the business landscape and the complexities of balancing revenue growth, business development, organizational structure, culture, operations, employee performance, and employee satisfaction. Nancy’s desire is to help ease the pain points that occur for leaders and employees alike by bringing tranquility to individuals and organizations. She is a great listener, observer, and intuitive on improvements that would help your organization. She is often the one executives, employees, friends, and family come to for advice and assistance.

JOCELYN LE
															Jocelyn Le holds a Master’s Degree and is a PhD Candidate in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, Michigan State University. She holds a BS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill double majoring in Psychology and Management and Society. Jocelyn received the Outstanding Reviewer Award from the Careers Division of the Academy of Management and has published Human Resources research in several outlets.
Jocelyn first taught students in Texas while a rising Senior at UNC and later as an Instructor at Michigan State University. She has also held Human Resource roles in the private sector. She has developed coursework for undergraduate Human Resources Management and for Organizational Behavior courses. Jocelyn is the primary instructional designer for creating Nancy Le Consulting’s training materials.
